Main Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary liaison between our team and recruitment service providers to guarantee effective communication and efficient delivery of recruitment services.
* Built strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders by offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations to drive business outcomes.
* Oversight of the recruitment delivery team's performance, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met, and identifying areas for improvement.
* Analyze operational data to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
* Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
* Present insights, updates, and reports to internal and external leadership in a confident and compelling manner, promoting transparency and trust.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, emphasizing talent acquisition expertise.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, particularly in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, enabling engagement with senior leadership and clients.
* Native language proficiency, with fluency in English (Spanish proficiency a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a professional presence, facilitating effective decision-making and problem-solving.
* Able to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions to drive business growth.
* Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
