As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s brand strategies, contributing to the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives aligned with product life cycles and business objectives. Main Responsibilities - Support the Brand Marketing team in developing and implementing the brand’s strategic and tactical plan; - Execute promotional campaigns, multichannel engagement actions, and events focused on physicians and stakeholders; - Manage and define the execution of national and international congresses, large-scale national events, promotional materials, and field force promotional events; - Co-create field force training to improve engagement and objection handling; - Collect and analyze market, competitor, and brand performance data, providing insights to optimize actions; - Manage relationships with advertising agencies, suppliers, and internal areas (Regulatory, Sales, Digital, Legal); - Ensure compliance of actions with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations; - Contribute to planning and budget control for the brands under your responsibility; - Exercise indirect leadership and influence with internal stakeholders such as field force and district managers. Mandatory Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Pharmacy, or related fields; - Previous experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical industry; - Proactivity, agility, and organization are essential; - Strong communication skills and results-oriented mindset; - Sense of urgency, adaptability, and commitment. Differentials - Experience in product launches in the pharmaceutical industry; - Experience in the rare disease market; - Ability to analyze market data (IQVIA, Close-Up, etc.).
