**Opportunity**
Develop sales of the company's products, systems, and services within a designated market or customer segment, following company strategies, contributing with local business unit team members, and working with external agents and channel partners to maximize profits and generate new sales and customer opportunities.
**How You Will Make an Impact**
* Develop sales plans using the company's tool (SalesForce), conduct regular status assessments, and propose recovery plans for potential order failures.
* Contribute to transaction, contract, and proposal results through effective presentations and negotiations, communicating details according to Hitachi Energy's offerings and strategy—delivery timelines, payments, and general terms and conditions.
* Effectively contribute to developing new market opportunities in the designated territory.
* Prepare offers aligned with the proposals and Contracts department and/or the Marketing Manager, ensuring technical and financial adequacy, including pricing and negotiation terms, following established policies and procedures.
* Occasionally present marketing plans to clients to support sales, following received guidelines.
* Clarify technical doubts of team members regarding products, systems, or services.
* Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external norms, procedures, and guidelines.
**Requirements**
* Complete technical education in electrical, electronic, electrotechnical fields, or a full degree preferably in electrical or electronic engineering.
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Previous experience desirable in Tendering (bidding/proposal) of P&C Systems for Energy Utilities.
* Deliver commercial presentations and lectures to clients.
* Knowledge of sales processes, experience working in capture teams for strategic opportunities.
* Account management skills, especially with CRM Salesforce, negotiation techniques, and knowledge of commercial policies.
