An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Analyst to join a global consumer healthcare and personal care organisation, supporting the North America Supply Chain portfolio.

This role offers the chance to work at the heart of a complex international business, partnering with supply chain, project and portfolio leaders to drive strategic investment decisions, optimise capital allocation and provide critical financial insights that support growth across the North American market.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will act as a key business partner across the Supply Chain portfolio, leading financial planning, analysis and reporting activities related to capital investments and operational projects.

You will play a pivotal role in evaluating investment opportunities, supporting financial governance, managing capital expenditure performance and delivering insights that influence executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead financial analysis across capital investment and supply chain initiatives
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities
• Deliver accurate and insightful monthly financial reporting
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Monitor and track capital expenditure performance against approved budgets

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with portfolio leaders, project teams and senior stakeholders to support investment decisions
• Provide financial guidance on strategic projects and business initiatives
• Partner with operational teams to improve financial visibility and decision-making
• Support inventory governance and asset management activities

Investment & Capital Management

• Develop and evaluate business cases for capital investments
• Build financial models including:
• Net Present Value (NPV)
• Return on Investment (ROI)
• Gross Profit Analysis
• Capital Allocation Assessments
• Support prioritisation of investment opportunities across the portfolio
• Ensure compliance with internal capital expenditure governance processes

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, forecasting and analytical processes
• Drive automation and efficiency initiatives
• Support the development of financial controls and best practices
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and executive-level presentations

About You

You'll be an analytical and commercially focused finance professional with experience supporting operational or supply chain environments.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
• Experience within Finance, Accounting or Financial Analysis roles
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Operations functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced financial modelling capabilities
• Experience conducting Gross Profit Analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and data interpretation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English

Technical Skills

• SAP
• Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Business Intelligence and reporting tools
• Financial planning and forecasting systems

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CFA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification
• Experience supporting capital investment portfolios
• Exposure to large multinational organisations
• Experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives
