Objective: The primary goals are to drive new business growth in key target regions (Europe, ASEAN, USA), build and sustain strong relationships with partners (technical, industry, etc.), generate leads through partnership channels, and collaborate with a diverse range of partners, including those in technology and business development. Areas of Responsibility: - Drive revenue growth through the partnership channel. - Continuously assess and enhance the partnership strategy to align with business goals and market trends. - Cultivate, strengthen, and expand relationships with existing partners (technical, industry, etc.). - Find and onboard new partners (technical, industry, etc.) to create strategic collaboration opportunities. - Design and implement Go-to-Market strategies in collaboration with partners. - Launch joint lead-generation initiatives to leverage partner networks and drive lead acquisition. - Refine the partnership journey for various partner segments to ensure optimal engagement. - Proactively engage key partners through regular touchpoints, providing tailored resources and support based on their partnership stage. - Work with the business development team to launch and test partnership-focused campaigns, optimizing for better results. Skills: - Proficient in written and spoken English - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities - Strong planning and organizational expertise - Proven collaboration and team management skills - Ability to contribute strategically and lead in cross-functional team environments - Results-driven with a focus on achieving goals - Experience in working with diverse markets, including Europe, the USA, and ASEAN - Extensive experience in partnership management - Highly flexible and adaptable to evolving environments and new challenges Knowledge: - In-depth understanding of the IT market and industry processes - Comprehensive knowledge of partnership development and management - Expertise in business development strategies and practices Experience: - 3-5 years of proven experience in partnership development and management - Demonstrated experience in the IT industry, with a focus on AI/ML domains - Expertise in collaborating with marketing, operations, and finance teams to implement best practices for measuring modern revenue marketing, including OKRs, performance targets, and attribution Terms & conditions: - Capacity: 1 FTE - Remote - Start date: asap
