This position focuses on recruiting engineers for Sweden, supporting relocation, and coordinating with global teams to help engineers and their families build a new career in Sweden.About the market context: Sweden needs skilled engineers, with an estimated 30,000 engineers by 2030. Our clients in Sweden have around 200 open Software Engineer roles.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and recruit engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.Build trust with suitable candidates and manage the relocation process with support from a global team and Swedish delivery management.Coordinate visa, work permits, housing, tickets, and other practical relocation arrangements with the Swedish delivery management team.Collaborate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development families.Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Maintain a high level of service, professionalism, joy, and trust in all interactions with engineers and clients.Qualifications and CompetenceAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solutions.High quality and brand awareness, understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper-intermediate English proficiency.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies, with ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, well-organized with strong attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, sociable, outgoing, and highly self-motivated.Resilient and persistent, capable of taking a rejection as motivation to improve.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.Employment DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Human ResourcesLocation: Remote or from a co-location center of your choiceRemuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxesBenefits: 20 paid vacation days, free national holidays with maintained payment, paid travel, housing, and per diemContract: Long-term contract as Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 monthsWork schedule: Eight hours per day, Monday to FridayApplication InstructionsPlease send your English CV to the specified address.
