Training Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our Operations team. As key contact point for local stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, managing activities within the service, and partnering with the customer's learning delivery team.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze training needs and determine the number of sessions required
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation
* Organize training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability
* Coordinate with international teams for changes/updates in training events/programs
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoices if required
* Maintain adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools
Requirements:
* 2-4 years experience in learning delivery management and/or operations
* Exposure to international work environments
* High-level understanding of training landscapes
* Customer-focused attitude is essential
* Team player
* Clear and concise communication skills
* Attention to detail, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SharePoint
