Design and implement complex IT systems for enterprise clients as a skilled Systems Engineer.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and support systems technologies such as servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* Manage client support tickets effectively and maintain clear documentation.
* Track project time against agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
* Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 3-4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proficiency in MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* Able to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.
