JOB OVERVIEW


This is a role for someone ready to take the next step. As a Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will lead a team, own key C&B processes, and play a critical role in building the governance and structures that support our people strategy connecting data, business needs, and human decisions.


You will act as a trusted partner and mediator, bridging HR, Finance, and business areas ensuring that C&B processes run smoothly, decisions are well-grounded, and communication with leaders, HRBPs, and employees is always clear and consistent.


You will ensure that our compensation structures and benefits packages are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational strategy, while building a team culture of rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


RESPONSIBILITIES


* Lead, develop, and engage your team fostering autonomy, accountability, and technical growth in each team member;
* Design and sustain global compensation processes that support performance, equity, and talent retention;
* Conduct compensation benchmarking analyses and present results to global stakeholders, supporting informed decisions on salary structures;
* Partner with leadership to review and adjust salary structures, acting as a key mediator between business needs and HR governance;
* Develop and maintain policies, guidelines, and processes for C&B, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization;
* Create communication and training materials that help leaders, HRBPs, and employees navigate C&B practices with confidence;
* Manage comprehensive benefits programs (healthcare, dental, wellbeing, and non-monetary benefits), including end-to-end vendor and supplier management, from contract negotiations to ongoing relationship governance;
* Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs, bringing a critical eye to what works and proposing data-driven improvements;
* Monitor healthcare claims ratio (loss ratio) through monthly analyses and lead preventive and corrective actions in partnership with the health area to optimize costs and strengthen contractual negotiations;
* Ensure full compliance of C&B programs with labor legislation and local regulations;
* Keep C&B records current and accurate, preparing reports that meet internal and external audit standards;
* Own and controlall personnel costs, including annual budget, forecasting, monthly business review reporting, efficiency initiatives, labor capitalization, and provisions;
* Ensure transparent and reliable information flow with leadership, the team, and HRBPs, building trust through clarity and consistency.


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields;

Good experience of compensation and benefits practices, market references, and local regulations;

Previous experience leading teams;

Strong analyticalprofile, comfortable with data, budgets, and process structuring;

Strong communication and negotiation skills, you can influence without imposing, and mediate without losing direction;

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to think systemically, keeping multiple fronts moving without losing the bigger picture;

Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week on-site);

Advanced English (mandatory);
