Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to join our team.
The role requires exceptional communication, interpersonal, and thought leadership skills to effectively engage with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
You will lead teams across technologies, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, and ensure regular updates are sent to customer stakeholders through WSRs.
Achieving high customer delight is a top priority, and you will be responsible for conducting MBRs and QBRs to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
* Manage delivery for key customers across all technological tracks
* Lead teams across technologies, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
* Ensure regular updates to customer stakeholders are sent through WSRs
* Conduct MBRs and QBRs to ensure project success
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or IT management
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
