Strong background managing projects withinOracle ecosystems (Oracle EBS ERP and related solutions)andlegacy systems. Solid experience leadinglarge-scale improvements, regulatory compliance initiatives, system upgrades, and testing programs. Demonstrated ability to managecomplex stakeholder landscapesand executive-level communication. Strong understanding ofend-to-end systems integration and dependency management. Experience in environments withhigh regulatory and operational complexity. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for complex initiatives involvingOracle platforms and legacy systems. Manage projects related tosystem improvements, regulatory adaptations (e.g., Tax Reform), upgrades, updates, testing cycles, and new functionality rollouts. Act as the primary interface betweenbusiness stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and executive leadership. Drive governance, planning, execution, monitoring, and control of multiple initiatives simultaneously. Anticipate risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively proposing mitigation strategies and corrective actions. Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology solutions. Coordinate cross-functional and multicultural teams, including internal teams, subcontractors, and partners. Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management. Deliver clear, concise project communication, status reports, executive presentations, and decision papers. Support strategic planning, roadmap definition, and prioritization of initiatives.
