Business Development Representative
We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through various channels.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound prospecting activities using phone calls, emails, and social media platforms to engage potential customers and create sales opportunities.
* Inbound lead generation by monitoring website traffic, social media interactions, and other data sources to increase lead quantity and quality.
* Research target markets, industries, and competitors to understand customer needs and pain points, enabling effective positioning and promotion of our product.
* Handle inquiries and requests from potential customers, coordinating with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion.
* Follow up on sales processes with potential customers, providing necessary information and support to facilitate the sales team's success.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development, with a focus on SDR or similar roles, is preferred.
* Familiarity with B2B software sales processes and marketing strategies, as well as knowledge of the rendering industry and related technologies, is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish rapport with potential customers and guide them through the sales process.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to think independently and develop effective sales strategies.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales goals.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain high efficiency.
