Senior Software Developer – .NET & C# – Windows Applications
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our LATAM Solutions Team and support the development of the next generation of our innovative products, leveraging cutting‑edge AI and Machine Learning technologies.
This professional will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining customized software solutions on a Windows‑based platform, contributing to high‑impact digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using C# and .NET.
Build and customise solutions on a Windows PC‑based platform.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into products.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies.
Lead and manage high‑impact and complex OCM initiatives.
Mentor and coach team members to ensure high‑quality OCM delivery.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal OCM methodologies and tools.
Develop and implement effective communication and training plans.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables.
Identify and lead value‑driven delivery of strategic OCM through to technology adoption where appropriate.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Change Management or related fields.
8+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of technology consulting.
Experience in pre‑sales, sales and creating documents like RFPs, RFIs and SOWs.
Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem‑solving.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Familiarity with project‑management methodologies.
Experience designing and delivering training programmes.
Strong analytical and organisational skills.
Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., CCMP, MCMP, Prosci, APMG).
