Summary:
We are seeking aProject Managerto support a globalM&A divestitureinitiative involving the disposition of150+ applicationsacross multiple regions, including significant collaboration with teams inJapan.
This role requires ERP experience (SAP, Epicor, ETQ, Reliance, or similar), strong technical communication skills, and the ability to manage tight timelines driven byTransition Service Agreements (TSAs).
Responsibilities:
Lead global application disposition efforts across multiple waves of work.
Manage timelines tied to TSA deadlines to avoid costly extensions.
Coordinate closely with technical teams on integrations, workflows, and decommissioning plans.
Work with sourcing, suppliers, purchasing, and invoicing teams to ensure vendor alignment.
Facilitate meetings with global stakeholders, including late-night sessions with Japan-based teams (flex schedule provided).
Drive project planning, risk management, documentation, and status reporting.
Ensure smooth communication and alignment across business, IT, and regional teams.
Required Qualifications:
Proven Project Management experience inM&A divestitureenvironments.
Familiarity withTransition Service Agreements (TSAs).
Experience with at least one ERP or enterprise platform (SAP, Epicor, ETQ, Reliance, etc.).
Strong understanding of sourcing, suppliers, purchasing, and invoicing processes.
ExcellentEnglish communication skills, including the ability to follow technical integration discussions.
Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum).
Experience collaborating with Japan or APAC teams.
Background in application disposition, decommissioning, or IT transformation.
Knowledge of integration workflows and system dependencies.
