Senior Designer Location : Remote
Type : Contractor
Fielo Technologies is looking for a Senior Designer with a strong hands‑on profile to support our marketing and creative initiatives. This is a fully remote role, working closely with international clients and global teams, where English fluency is essential for daily communication.
This role is for senior‑level designers with 5+ years of hands‑on design experience. Candidates with a primary background in marketing or communication will not be considered.
You will be expected to independently deliver production‑ready assets and work directly with international clients in English from day one.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and produce visual assets across multiple formats, including :
Marketing collateral (sell sheets, presentations, ads)
Social media assets
Website and digital materials
Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
Work daily with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, video editing)
Support website design needs and assist with CMS content uploads
Perform light HTML edits when required
Collaborate with marketing, product, and client‑facing teams across different countries
Interact directly with international clients to understand requirements and present design solutions
Manage feedback cycles and revisions efficiently in English
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Senior Designer or similar role
Strong hands‑on expertise with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, video editing)
Solid background in design and branding, especially marketing and sales materials
Experience designing assets for websites and digital channels
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
Comfortable.working in a remote, international environment
Fluent English (mandatory) – written and spoken
Previous experience working with international clients or global teams
Nice to Have
Experience with Canva
Basic HTML knowledge
Familiarity with CMS platforms
Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B companies
