Upload PDF files to specific web portals
Follow clear step-by-step instructions using training videos and written step-by-step guides
Learn new processes quickly as we update workflows
Organize files using Google Drive and manage shared folders

Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Extreme attention to detail — accuracy is crucial
Reliable internet connection and computer
Prior experience in insurance, finance, real estate, or data-heavy workflows is a plus
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and clear workflows
Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive
Availability to work during U.S. East Coast or West Coast hours
