Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Agile Practitioner to join our Product and Engineering environment. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, guiding teams, and collaborating with stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, experience working with distributed teams, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment with Agile principles
* Guide one or two Scrum teams and contribute to their continuous improvement
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and certifications are a plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
