Job Role Overview

The Commercial Account Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering and expanding existing customer relationships, unlocking new business opportunities, and establishing lasting connections with key decision-makers.



Main Responsibilities:

* Create and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction targets.
* Nurture and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders at existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects within existing accounts.
* Conduct regular account reviews and provide insightful business analyses to customers.

* Demonstrated success in sales roles, preferably in the software industry.
* Experience with lengthy sales cycles, request for proposals, and public tenders.
* Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and enterprise IT environments.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
* Native fluency in Portuguese and English (oral and written).
