Key Account Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving user acquisition and scale growth for assigned brands, leading the team to execute sales strategies, and achieving performance targets.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in key account management, channel development, or retail management, with a solid foundation in management methodologies and practices.
Strong business negotiation and market expansion skills are essential, along with the ability to identify client and user needs and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
The successful candidate will also be experienced in process and project management, able to drive multiple tasks and projects concurrently, and demonstrate strong work enthusiasm and a collaborative team spirit.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and operate regional chain brands to drive user acquisition and scale growth;
* Promote deep collaboration between regional chain brands and the platform in areas such as brand marketing, promotional activities, and user operations;
* Based on the characteristics of the food and beverage industry, develop a deep understanding of categories and brand operation models, identify business development opportunities, and formulate tactical plans;
* Establish strong communication with the delivery department, acting as a bridge between brands and the platform's delivery operations;
* Provide valuable insights and references for the company's decision-making by leveraging personal work potential, gathering frontline marketing information, user feedback, and local market dynamics.
Requirements:
* Over 3 years of experience in key account management, channel development, or retail management;
* Strong business negotiation and market expansion skills;
* Experienced in process and project management;
* Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) and capable of using it as a working language; proficiency in Portuguese is a strong plus.
