As a seasoned Google Ads Specialist, you will have the opportunity to accelerate your career by taking ownership of high-performing SaaS accounts and driving real revenue growth.
This role requires expertise in managing Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns for multiple SaaS clients, with a focus on optimizing ads based on HubSpot data and launching experiments weekly to improve campaign performance.
You will be responsible for lead-quality analytics, mapping leads to sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and revenue, and presenting insights to eliminate waste and scale winning campaigns. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategic growth plans, set expectations, and pitch new ideas to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Ownership: Manage 8-12 SaaS accounts, including Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns, and optimize ads based on HubSpot data.
* Lead-Quality Analytics: Map leads to SQLs and revenue, surface relevant keywords, and winning campaigns.
* Client Strategy & Comms: Run monthly reviews, set client expectations, and pitch growth plays.
Requirements
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management for B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of generating SQLs.
* Fluency in HubSpot (or similar) and Google Tag Manager.
* Able to juggle multiple accounts solo, with proactive problem-solving skills and minimal hand-holding required.
* Copywriting skills to craft compelling search ads that turn complex SaaS value propositions into irresistible offers.
* An independent thinker with excellent communication skills, able to present complex information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
