Job Title: Trade Logistics Coordinator
Job Description:
The Trade Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless import processes and timely delivery of goods to internal and external customers. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, order services, field services, and planning to identify required materials and determine appropriate modes of transport.
The Trade Logistics Coordinator will review backlog and shortage reports, communicate with order entry to execute allocations, and monitor import processes. Key responsibilities include analyzing import documents, preparing monitoring reports, and coordinating with customs to expedite orders when needed.
This role works closely with the logistics supervisor and requires a strong understanding of customs procedures, logistics solutions, and import processes specific to Brazil.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Higher education in Foreign Trade, Administration, Logistics, or related areas
* Knowledge of import processes and customs legislation specific to Brazil
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in Portuguese and English
* 2+ years of relevant order management or distribution planning experience
* Experience with SAP highly desired
* Strong problem-solving skills
