 
        
        As a seasoned talent acquisition professional based in Brazil, you will be part of our team in a senior-level role where you'll leverage your expertise to drive strategic partnerships and deliver exceptional results.
The key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders, overseeing the performance of a dedicated recruitment delivery team, analyzing operational data to inform process improvements, and presenting insights to both internal and external leadership.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, with a proven track record in client-facing environments, staffing agencies, RPOs, or talent consulting firms. You'll also require excellent communication and negotiation skills, native Portuguese language proficiency, fluency in English (with Spanish being a plus), strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a confident, professional presence.
Key Qualifications:
