* Coordinate administrative and operational routines of the company.
* Supervise financial, human resources, procurement, and other administrative sectors.
* Prepare management reports and action plans for improvements.
* Negotiate contracts and deadlines.
* Provide strategic information and reports for decision-making.
* Plan and analyze results.
* Propose and implement improvements in administrative processes.

Requirements
* Degree in Administration, Accounting, or Production Engineering.
* Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (tables, formulas, charts).
* Knowledge of financial and budget management.
* Knowledge of process management and KPIs (Indicator Management).
* Proven experience as an Administrative Manager.
* Leadership experience.
* Availability to travel.
* Possess a driver's license and own vehicle.
* Availability for a Legal Entity contract.
* Willing to work also in São José de Mipibu/RN.
