About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly experienced commercial growth leader to drive sales expansion across Latin America for our Industrial White range. You will be responsible for building strategic customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and growing our market presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and expand sales pipelines for key products.
2. Lead negotiations and execute account strategies to achieve sales and margin targets.
3. Provide insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and regional market dynamics.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* 8+ years' B2B sales experience in industrial white boards.
* Strong knowledge of Latin American markets.
* Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
* Degree in business, international trade, or related field preferred.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales reporting.
* Willingness to travel frequently.
