Lead AI Developer
We are seeking a seasoned developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate to drive our organization's use of AI-driven productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolution & Troubleshooting: Own issue resolution, including connectors, permissions, and workflow errors for AI developers.
* Agent Optimization: Refine agents for efficiency, scalability, and compliance with governance standards.
* User Enablement: Guide employees in safely building and optimizing agents, explaining platform limits and data-handling best practices.
* Architecture Awareness: Apply knowledge of agent architectures, prompt lifecycles, and RAG patterns to improve design quality.
* Partnership & Governance: Collaborate with data, security, and compliance teams on DLP alignment and contribute to Power Platform monitoring and lifecycle initiatives.
* Documentation & Improvement: Create user guides, document patterns, and propose enhancements based on recurring issues.
