Client Success Specialist
About Our Role:
We are seeking a skilled Client Success Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Onboarding & Relationship Management: Ensure clients receive exceptional support during the onboarding process.
* Ongoing Support & Strategy: Regularly review client performance, provide strategic insights, and optimize their marketing campaigns.
* Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to help clients scale their businesses.
* Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and professionally, working with internal teams to resolve any challenges.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and a proactive approach to client engagement.
Requirements:
* 2+ years in a client success, account management, or customer service role (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or home services industries).
* Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Minimal accent for clear and effective communication with U.S.-based clients.
* Experience using CRM and project management tools.
* Able to think critically and proactively address client concerns.
