Executive Technology Leader
We are seeking an executive-level technology leader to guide our tech and product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of growth and servant leadership.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, approximately 25–30% dedicated to implementation and debugging, while the remaining focus is on system architecture, technical direction, and guiding internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles, front-end web development, and API-driven development, as well as a deep understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and scalability expertise in a digital product environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a long-term technology roadmap, inspiring and mentoring teams, overseeing product evolution, ensuring site security, performance, and scalability, and providing backup for critical issues and guiding troubleshooting.
Candidates should be adaptable, proactive, and resourceful in navigating complex challenges, and possess strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-experts.
A remote-ready individual who thrives in a flexible, independent work environment is preferred.
