**Account Manager - B2B iGaming**
Our company is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Brazil. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Take full commercial ownership of accounts, driving revenue growth and achieving performance objectives.
3. Develop and execute tailored account strategies aligned with client needs and business goals.
4. Act as a trusted advisor, providing valuable insights and guidance to optimize client operations and promotional strategies.
5. Ensure timely delivery of gaming products and solutions according to client requirements.
6. Monitor and report on monthly revenue performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
7. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships at all organizational levels.
8. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management within the iGaming industry, ideally for a slot or game provider.
* Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English; Spanish fluency is an advantage.
* Native or resident of a LATAM market (for example Brazil, Colombia, or Peru).
* Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and build long-term client partnerships.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated success in delivering client-focused solutions that meet strategic business goals.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and promotion management tools preferred.
* Highly proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach.
* Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events.
