Join us as Compliance Hub Lead for Latin America and take the lead in driving compliance excellence across the region. In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing compliance team, fostering expertise and motivation while acting as a trusted advisor to hub management on all compliance-related matters. You will anticipate and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring a robust compliance system is implemented throughout the Latin America Hub. Reporting directly to the Group Compliance Officer, you will manage resources effectively and strategically.

How You'll Make an Impact
●Act as a trusted advisor to management on all Compliance topics, including Anti-Trust, Anti-Money Laundering, Data Privacy, Human Rights, and Export Control.
●Anticipate and mitigate risks by ensuring full implementation of the Compliance System in the Latin America Hub and supporting business goals with compliance-related advice.
●Lead and develop the Latin America Compliance team, organize awareness activities, and provide case-by-case advisory to all levels of management and employees.
●Foster strong collaboration with the Latin America legal team and the global Legal and Compliance community, contributing to the continuous improvement of the compliance system.
●Promote an organizational culture of ownership, empowerment, transparency, and "speak up."
What You Bring
7. Hold a degree in law, business economics, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in compliance roles or assurance functions, and a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions.
8. Demonstrate proven expertise as a trusted advisor to management, with strong leadership, team development, and motivation skills, as well as deep knowledge of compliance areas and regulatory environments.
9. Possess experience in risk assessment and strategic risk mitigation, with the ability to independently lead complex, multidisciplinary engagements while upholding the highest integrity and ethics.
10. Have a solid understanding of global compliance regulations, including UK Bribery Act, FCPA, anti-money laundering laws, data protection and privacy laws, and preferably Siemens Energy Compliance System and Trade Compliance Rules.
●Exhibit excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and stakeholder management abilities, combined with strong time management, flexibility, and proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
