Product Owner - Agile Project Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join their team in a long-term project. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and Agile leadership to deliver high-quality products.
Job Description
The Product Owner will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing product backlogs to ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to facilitate collaboration, and experience working with Agile methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or similar role
* Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban)
* Familiarity with SAFe framework and certifications are a plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows
