Responsibilities
* We develop call-flow architectures and scripts using Genesys Framework and Architecture, ensuring seamless communication protocols are in place.
* Our team works closely with reporting components like CCPulse/Pulse, ICON, Infomart and CXInsights to deliver actionable insights.
* We troubleshoot issues within the Genesys infrastructure and resolve problems efficiently.
Key Skills and Qualifications
1. A strong understanding of SIP Protocols, Genesys Framework and Architecture is essential for this role.
2. Familiarity with reporting components like CCPulse/Pulse, ICON, Infomart and CXInsights is crucial.
3. Proficiency in good troubleshooting experience in Genesys infrastructure is expected.
4. A good understanding of Genesys Products, including Design call-Flow Architect/ Script/ Data Actions/ Data table and Integration with Salesforce, Genesys API's, PCI PAL, GenAI is necessary.
5. Familiarity with Genesys Cloud Components like Google CCAI chat bot, predictive engagement is required.
6. Knowledge about Trunks, E1/ T1(CAS, CCS), SIP etc., and Gateway protocols: SIP and MGCP is also needed.
7. An understanding of ITIL Knowledge – Incident, Change & Configuration Management is expected.
