Key Account Manager Role
About the Role
This is a strategic account management position where you will act as the liaison between clients and our internal teams.
* You will ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns, aligned with client objectives and effectively meeting their needs.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns: media, creative, performance, branding, etc.
* Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context.
* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed.
* Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value.
* Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
* Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem: paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, etc.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions.
* Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
* Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for digital marketing.
