The Role
We partner with hotels worldwide to achieve commercial objectives, from independent luxury hotels to large chains. As a partner of choice for global and regional chains, we seek an experienced Director focused on European markets to scale this essential unit of our business.
The ideal candidate will understand how Latam hotel chains operate and be familiar with technology solutions adopted by these chains. The role requires a trusted advisor to assist chains in managing through the complexities of the travel technology ecosystem and guide them to the right decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Build strategic alliances with regional and local partners, define partnership roadmaps, identify co-marketing opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, represent us at industry events, and monitor partner performance.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships;
Essential Skills
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, advanced verbal and written communication skills in multiple languages, and proficiency in using CRM tools.
