About Marketing Specialists
We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of doctors and patients.
This position involves using marketing as a force for change, helping attract the right doctors to underserved communities and boosting their visibility and reputation to help them quick start their mission.
The successful candidate will work closely with our recruitment and strategy team to design and implement strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting qualified doctors to these regions. They will also be responsible for leading efforts to build the visibility and trust of doctors in the community through localized marketing.
The responsibilities of this role include designing and executing localized marketing strategies, collaborating with recruitment and client teams, running digital paid campaigns, managing content creation, establishing marketing processes, measuring and optimizing campaigns, and managing a Marketing trainee.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have 5+ years of experience in marketing, a good level of English, experience in marketing agencies or start-ups, B2B + B2C experience, an Entrepreneur/business mindset, a passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building, and hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press/HTML, and analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute localized marketing strategies to attract doctors to underserved communities
* Lead efforts to build the visibility and trust of doctors in the community through localized marketing
* Collaborate with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles, community needs, and positioning strategies
* Run digital paid campaigns to build awareness and trust
* Manage content creation (bios, testimonials, practice spotlights, ads, video assets) with a strong focus on human-centered storytelling
* Establish marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations
* Measure and optimize campaigns based on data: patient sign-ups, website visits, cost per acquisition, and more
* Manage 1 Marketing trainee
