Job Title: Talent Management Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, configure and optimize HR-related processes, and collaborate with Employee Central and other modules.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
* Configure and optimize HR-related processes.
* Collaborate with Employee Central and other modules as required.
* Provide ongoing support, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or Information Systems.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
* Experience in Employee Central is an advantage.
* SAP SF certifications and Spanish language skills are desirable.
* Advanced Portuguese and English language skills are essential.
