About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Cutover Manager to lead our team's efforts in successfully deploying a greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure.

* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project.
* Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables, testing activities, and defect resolution.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
* Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
