About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting activities using various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms. This will involve engaging potential customers and generating sales opportunities.

Our ideal candidate is someone who can analyze website traffic, social media interactions, and other data sources to increase lead quantity and quality. They should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish rapport with potential customers and guide them through the sales process. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as organizational and time management skills, are essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound prospecting activities using phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
* Inbound lead generation by monitoring and analyzing website traffic and social media interactions.
* Research target markets, industries, and competitors to understand customer needs and pain points.
* Handle inquiries and requests from potential customers, coordinating with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion.
* Follow up on sales processes with potential customers, providing necessary information and support to facilitate the sales team's success.


Requirements

* Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development, with a focus on SDR or similar roles.
* Familiarity with B2B software sales processes and marketing strategies.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales goals.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Experience using CRM tools and marketing automation software is a plus.
