The Role
We’re looking for a Training & Development leader who drives real impact. In this role, you’ll design and deliver learning programs that help employees excel in their roles, accelerate their careers, and develop the next generation of strong leaders. Responsibilities
* Own the full lifecycle of training and development programs, from needs assessment through delivery, to strengthen workforce capability, performance, and productivity.
* Assess skill gaps and business needs to design targeted learning programs that overcome performance challenges and boost workforce effectiveness.
* Develop and scale programs that accelerate internal mobility, strengthen functional talent pipelines, and build leadership readiness.
* Partner with business leaders to ensure learning initiatives align with department goals, driving both capability building and measurable business impact.
* Create and maintain engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.
* Implement post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learning to ensure knowledge retention and consistent on-the-job application.
* Track and continuously improve key metrics, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up, training completion and application rates, and talent readiness for future roles.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
* Deep expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies;
relevant certificationsare a plus.
* Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.G., Articulate, Rise) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Brightspace.
* Demonstrated success in designing, delivering, and scaling learning programs that drive measurable skill development and business impact.
* Ability to understand complex or technical information and translate it into clear, engaging, and effective training content.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
