Key Responsibilities
* Assist with LMS support tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues
* Contribute to data governance initiatives and ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Collaborate on new functionality rollouts and system implementations
* Provide administrative support for LMS tasks and activities
Requirements
* 4 years of experience in IT or educational technology
* Proficiency in English language
* Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or Information Technology
* Intermediate knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System
* Entry-level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
* Entry-level knowledge of Data Governance
