Key Responsibilities:
1. Gather and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
3. Data analysis & reporting: Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
4. Testing & training: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
5. Stakeholder collaboration: Communicate clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
6. Continuous improvement: Gather feedback post-implementation, monitor solution performance, and iterate on Salesforce configurations for ongoing optimization.
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order, and Contract Management.
* Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams.
* Salesforce configuration and administration.
* Basic programming/scripting (Apex, SOQL) is advantageous.
