Join us to work with top talent in a dynamic environment committed to innovation and excellence.The Insider Risk and Compliance associate performs Global Security Assessments (GSAs), which include a holistic evaluation of risks across technology, HR, operations, and finance, as well as leading No Notice Inspections (NNIs). The role involves collaboration with Records Management, Legal, HR, and Privacy teams to ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and civil rights standards concerning Personally Identifiable Information, following local laws. The associate supports the implementation of enterprise-wide standards related to Insider Risk and Compliance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Criminology or equivalent experienceKnowledge and experience in IT Security & CybersecurityExpertise in risk identification and reduction within the BPO industry (strongly preferred)Certified Fraud Examiner or willingness to certify within 12 months3+ years in internal, fraud, or cyber investigationsInterview and Interrogation training (e.g., Reid technique)Strong communication, writing, and presentation skillsPeople management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience in investigative triage, case management, and report writingTrack record in handling criminal, sensitive, or confidential mattersAbility to influence senior leadershipResponsibilities:Implement and monitor the Insider Risk and Compliance programCollaborate with stakeholders for risk assessments and investigationsLead GSAs and NNIs, identifying vulnerabilitiesInvestigate suspicious activities and collaborate with law enforcement as neededDevelop employee awareness and training materialsLead a team of investigators and compliance specialistsEnsure activities align with global standards and legal requirementsManage incident response lifecycle and report findingsConduct education sessions and support control improvementsLocation:BRA SAO PAULO, Rua Tagipuru, 906 Barra FundaLanguage Requirements:Brazilian Portuguese, English, SpanishOther Details:Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: OtherIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting
