Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Marketing + Transaction Coordination + Lead Follow-Up)

Compensation: $800–$1,000 USD/month + Performance Incentives
Elite Virtual Assistance (EVA) is hiring a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing Realtor operating in both the Massachusetts and Florida markets.
This is not a narrow, single-task VA role. We are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and become a true extension of a high-performing real estate business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, dependable, and comfortable balancing marketing, transaction coordination, CRM management, client follow-up, and administrative support.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the operational and creative sides of real estate and wants to grow long term with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
* Assist with transaction coordination and contract/document management
* Manage CRM systems, client databases, and follow-up workflows
* Help organize and maintain communication with past clients and leads
* Create and schedule social media content
* Design marketing materials, brochures, and listing presentations
* Assist with listing preparation and marketing coordination
* Coordinate showings, appointments, reminders, and administrative tasks
* Support lead follow-up initiatives and client touchpoint campaigns
* Help build systems and processes to improve organization and efficiency
* Potential involvement in light outbound lead generation and prospecting
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Experience in real estate, property management, transaction coordination, or marketing is highly preferred
* Comfortable using CRMs, Google Workspace, Canva, social media platforms, and other digital tools
* Ability to multitask and manage several moving pieces at once
* Self-motivated and dependable with strong follow-through
* Creative mindset with an understanding of branding and client communication
* Someone who enjoys learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Qualifications
* Previous experience supporting a Realtor or real estate team
* Experience with social media marketing or content calendars
* Familiarity with cold calling or lead generation
* Graphic design experience
* Experience working remotely with U.S.-based clients
