This individual contributor role requires a self-started and self-driven professional, ready to innovate and find new values for hotel chain clients while keeping the company's goals and bigger picture firmly in mind.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and Manage Strategic Alliances: Establish and maintain relationships with regional and local partners (e.g., RMS, PMS, booking engines, OTAs) to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
2. Define and Execute Partnership Roadmap: Develop and implement a strategic partnership roadmap aligned with RateGain's GTM strategy in LATAM, focusing on co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities.
3. Identify Co-Marketing and Co-Selling Opportunities: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue co-marketing and co-selling opportunities with key players in the hospitality and travel ecosystem.
4. Represent RateGain in Industry Events: Promote RateGain's brand and solutions at industry events and partnership meetings, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of strategic partnerships.
5. Monitor Partner Performance: Regularly assess and report on partner performance, engagement, and contribution to pipeline and revenue, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
