Senior SAP Fieldglass Developer
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Fieldglass Developer to lead the technical assessment, enhancement, and implementation of strategic initiatives across the SAP Fieldglass platform.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Fieldglass data models, configuration, and extensibility, as well as experience with facility access systems integration and SAP BTP, SAP Business Network, and clean core principles.
Key responsibilities include assessing and implementing Fieldglass Assignment Management, ensuring accurate data flow and process alignment between Fieldglass and SAP S/4HANA, stabilizing and enhancing integrations, troubleshooting interface issues, and designing and implementing integration between Fieldglass and global facility access systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as experience in Agile methodology usage and SAP certifications. They will be able to advocate for standardized processes and modular architecture to maintain system integrity and simplify upgrades.

* Technical Skills:

* Ability to conduct technical assessments, identify gaps, and propose remediation strategies
