Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a key account sales manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and proactive issue resolution.
2. Promote and sell products within assigned regions, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Create and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives, visiting existing and new clients to build trust and drive sales growth.
4. Collect and organize customer information, maintaining accurate records of sales activity and market trends.
5. Negotiate and manage sales contracts, resolving any market-related issues that may arise.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align on sales strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in food ingredients or additives sales, preferably with hydrocolloid industry background.
* Demonstrated track record of success in sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
