Job Description Essential Responsibilities: - Maintain resolution processes documentation and Knowledge articles.Perform technical review, acceptance testing and implementation of software and firmware upgrades.- - Manage the supported software solutions to ensure data and project access are successful.- - Manage the day-to-day system health issues and activities including querying data from the various software systems to identify and mitigate issues.- - Manage, maintain, and monitor all system integrations facilitating data exchange with the ERP system and other related systems.Manage and facilitate the technical review, installation, acceptance testing, and deployment of software upgrades and patches as directed.- - Participate in and communicate the Change Management Process associated to the maintenance and security of the software systems.- - Design customizations and data analytics queries, dashboards, displays and reports for data analytics projects.Qualifications: - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
