HCM IT Business Partner (SAP HCM / SuccessFactors)We are hiring an experienced HCM IT Business Partner to connect our HR and IT teams and take ownership of our HR systems landscape.This role is ideal for someone who understands HR operations but also has strong technical experience with SAP and HR platforms. You will play a key role in improving processes, leading system initiatives, and ensuring our HR technology supports business goals.What you will do:Serve as the main contact between HR and IT for all HR system topicsTranslate HR needs into system solutionsLead and support projects related to SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other HR toolsOversee integrations with payroll, time tracking, benefits, and learning systemsWork closely with external vendors and internal stakeholdersEnsure data privacy, compliance, and system stabilityDrive continuous improvement across the HR technology landscapeWhat we are looking for:Experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactorsBackground in HRIS, HR Technology, SAP HCM consulting, or IT Business Partner rolesUnderstanding of HR processes such as payroll, talent management, recruiting, and learningExperience with system integrations (APIs, middleware, etc.)Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholdersProfessional level of EnglishEducation:Degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related fieldAdditional certifications or postgraduate studies are a plusIf you are interested in working at the intersection of HR and technology and want to have real impact, we would love to hear from you.
