Role Description
The Head of Product Operations & Growth will lead daily operations, scale organizational processes, and manage the implementation of new AI tools to enhance efficiency. This role will oversee hiring, operational workflows, client engagement, and compliance with brand standards. You’ll collaborate closely with our property management team, engineering team (building proprietary software), and leadership team to create a seamless experience for property owners and guests alike.
Key responsibilities include:
* Improving the operational functions across the organization.
* Leading hiring efforts and building a high-performance team.
* Driving automation through AI and software implementation.
* Strong experience with AI tools and implementing enterprise software for scaling.
* Managing budgets, financial analysis, and operational KPIs.
* Partnering with the property management team to maintain property standards and improve guest satisfaction.
* Supporting and strengthening client relationships.
* Creating and executing growth strategies to expand nationally.
Qualifications
* 3+ years experience scaling operations in high growth companies, preferably start-ups.
* Proven experience managing client-facing teams.
* Strong background in client services
* Skilled in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis.
* Tech-savvy, with the ability to implement and manage AI-driven tools and software.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred but not required:
* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience at a major US consulting firm.
* Experience scaling a startup or early-stage company in the US.
Compensation
* $70,000-80,000 annual total package
* Performance bonus tied to key company growth and operational metrics
