Software Engineering Expertise Sought
We are looking for a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in building scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React.js and be proficient in either Golang, Node.js, or Java, with a willingness to learn and adopt Golang as the primary back-end technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Front-End Development: Design, implement, and maintain front-end applications that meet high standards of user experience and performance.
* Back-End Architecture & Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain APIs, services, and distributed systems that form the backbone of our OS.
* Ai Integration: Work closely with AI engineers to integrate models, embeddings, and agent services into back-end systems, driving innovation and growth.
* System Modernization: Lead the transformation of legacy workflows into modern, secure, and scalable codebases using cloud-native best practices.
* Security & Compliance: Partner with security leaders to ensure all services adhere to stringent utility-sector regulations, implementing secure coding practices by default.
Requirements:
* Excellent English communication skills
* 5+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise environments
* Strong proficiency in React, Python, and either Golang, Node.js, or Java (non-Golang developers will learn and adapt Golang on the job)
Candidates will work in small, agile teams reporting directly to the CTO, collaborating closely with AI engineers, security leaders, and product managers. Together, they will build and deliver Ai-native services at startup speed.
