Job Title: Project Manager (NGO) / Program Manager - International Development Make a Real Impact While Growing Your Career Join Brighter Nepal Project, a mission-driven international nonprofit working to improve education, healthcare, and sustainable development in Nepal. We’re looking for a Project Manager (NGO) who is passionate about leading meaningful programs, collaborating with global teams, and delivering real-world impact. Benefits: - Flexible work environment (hybrid/remote options) - Career growth and leadership opportunities - International exposure and cross-cultural collaboration Key Responsibilities - Plan, manage, and execute nonprofit projects from start to finish - Coordinate with international teams, partners, and stakeholders - Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables - Develop reports, proposals, and program documentation - Lead community outreach and program implementation initiatives - Track KPIs and ensure program effectiveness and impact - Identify risks and implement solutions proactively Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Development, Public Administration, or related field - 2 years experience in project management, NGO work, or program coordination - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar) - Ability to work independently and in a remote/global team - Passion for humanitarian or nonprofit work About the Company Brighter Nepal Project is an international nonprofit organization focused on improving lives through education, health programs, and sustainable community development in Nepal.
